Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tripivon platform, websites, and related services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of yourself and the agency you represent.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for the actions of every user you invite to your workspace.
• You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your agency to these Terms.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not misuse the Services or help anyone else do so.

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems.
• Do not upload malicious code or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Do not use the Services to process data you are not legally permitted to handle.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days notice before your next renewal.

If payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade your access until outstanding amounts are settled.

You retain all rights to the data you and your customers submit to the Services ("Customer Data"). You grant Tripivon a limited license to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services.

The Services, including all software, design, and content provided by Tripivon, are owned by Tripivon and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease, and we will make Customer Data available for export for a limited period.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Tripivon does not provide legal, accounting, or tax advice; compliance features are tools to assist you, not a substitute for professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in advance. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
